The Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Technical and Production to join our Senior Leadership Team and oversee the world class delivery of both our technical capability and production teams.
As an iconic music and arts venue the Head of Technical and Production is responsible for planning, scheduling and delivering all technical and production services for all our music gigs, events and artist programme in a variety of venues and spaces across the estate.
The Head of Technical & Production will engage both internally and externally with performers, designers, producers and programmers, promoters, event clients, production companies and others and lead their teams to use their expertise collaboratively and creatively to advise, support and deliver all technical and production services.
About you:
You’ll be a proactive and creative leader, who has exceptional operational skills and in depth technical knowledge. You’re collaborative at all levels and engage positively across the organisation. You’re experienced working both at an operational and strategic level and have a good knowledge of the creative industries and safe venue operations.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
