We are currently seeking a Membership Marketing Manager to join our passionate team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.

The Role
As our Membership Marketing Manager, you will develop and enhance our relationships with our members, ticket buyers, visitors and customers.
Utilising customer insights, you will lead retention and acquisition efforts in order to achieve annual membership acquisition and revenue targets for our lower-level memberships and donation campaigns.
You’ll increase engagement with our brand and charitable work, developing an email marketing strategy for existing and potential members to promote membership benefits and create upselling opportunities.
Additionally, you will:
- Line manage the Membership Co-ordinator
- Collaborate with internal colleagues and external agencies to implement digital advertising
- Work with external designers to produce membership marketing collateral
- Lead on membership payment issues, refunds, and the launch of subscription services
About You
To be considered as our Membership Marketing Manager, you will need:
- Experience of planning and delivering B2C targeted campaigns to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- A strong understanding of CRM databases and experience of using CRM systems
- Experience of communicating with a range of stakeholders at all levels across
an organisation
- The ability to plan and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines
- Leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
