The Roundhouse is going through an ambitious period of growth as we aim to increase the number of 11-25’s we work with to over 10,000 per year within the next five years. The role:
This key administrative post provides direct support to the Development and Communications Director as well as supports the wider Development team to achieve their fundraising objectives. This role also holds some specific responsibility in the smooth facilitation of some levels of the Roundhouse Membership scheme.
To be considered, you must have proven diary management and administration experience, excellent communication skills and have meticulous attention to detail. You must be pro-active, solution focused and highly organised. While previous experience within a development or fundraising team is not required, interest in the arts sector and/or youth sector is essential.
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £23,500 per annum
