The Role
Join the dynamic Roundhouse team and become a pivotal force in the effective leadership of the Housekeeping team.
The Roundhouse Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring our three buildings are presented to the highest standard for our users and visitors at all times. They will be expected to maintain a robust cleaning regime in line with agreed KPIs.
The post holder will lead a small in-house team, along with a pool of casuals and will oversee the recruitment, training and management of all employees and workers.
The post holder will also ensure that all relevant Health and Safety (H&S) guidelines are followed at all times and that all necessary H&S documentation and training is completed as required.
The role has key responsibilities to reach our sustainability goals, by seeking innovating new ways of working and to report successes.

About you:
You will lead, assist, and inspire your dedicated team of cleaning supervisors and cleaners in making sure all of the estate including public areas, meeting rooms, offices spaces and bars are of a high standard of cleanliness.

Cleaning management experience is essential with excellent communication skills and experience of leading operational and supervisory level staff.

You will also play a part in the continued development of the cleaning team, and look at how to continually improve standards across the estate.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £36,420 per annum

This role will be largely from 09.00 - 5pm Monday to Friday, but you will be required to cover the Housekeeping Supervisors (early & late shifts and weekends) during holidays/ absences.
