The Role
2026 marks a pivotal year for the Roundhouse as it celebrates its 20th anniversary and welcomes a new CEO. The Head of Brand is a new role at the Roundhouse that will support the organisation in its next ambitious phase of growth. As a member of the Roundhouse Senior Management team, the role contributes to the wider leadership and the overall strategic direction of the Roundhouse.
The Head of Brand will be responsible for leading our brand storytelling across all channels with the objectives of driving brand fame, growing commercial income, extending audience reach and delivering broader youth engagement. By building upon the existing expertise of the Marketing team, the role will primarily focus upon elevating the creative ambition of online and offline campaigns spanning music gigs, performing arts, corporate events and youth programmes.
About you:
An experienced senior leader, you will have expertise in overseeing creative campaign strategy through to execution spanning concept development, art direction, creative commissioning and production. As a ‘brand guardian’ in previous roles, you will have proven experience developing visual identity rebrands/refresh, 360 campaigns spanning stills and moving images, either in-house or with agency support.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £68,000 per annum
