The Role
This role is a key component of our dynamic ticketing team at the Roundhouse in providing exceptional customer service. You will respond to customer queries via email, telephone, and in person, and be the first point of contact at the box office during events. You will be knowledgeable about Roundhouse events and offerings, and provide warm, friendly service to our guests.

Please note weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.

About you:
We are looking for a personable, can-do individual who is passionate about music and live entertainment with experience providing excellent customer service.

Positions: 2

Contract: Permanent, Part-Time or Full-Time
Hours: 21 or 35 hours per week (excluding breaks) on a rota over 7 days. Shifts will vary but will include days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Salary: £28,446.08 per annum pro rata
