The Role
The Roundhouse is embarking on an exciting new venture to launch a digital space for young people aged 18 to 30 to Create, Collaborate and Connect. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual with excellent administrative and project management skills to work with the Young People’s Digital Platform Manager to facilitate user engagement with the Roundhouse Young People’s Digital Platform (the Platform).

Reporting to the Young People’s Platform Manager, the Young People’s Platform Coordinator will support the development and production of creative learning content/programmes and ensure that the Platform remains a safe space, free of judgement for young people to gather, collaborate and learn. This will be achieved through the monitoring and management of the Platform, online media channels and, in association with the Platform Manager, delivering activities such as release information, updates and responding to questions from the community.

The Young People’s Digital Platform Coordinator will support the Young People’s Digital Platform Manager in collating information and insights from the community and their engagement with the Platform and circulating relevant reports to stakeholders.

About you:
You have experience navigating and administering day-to-day moderation and management for digital platforms as well as the ability to build effective relationships to ensure operation and utilisation of the platform amongst youth programme teams. You will be able to encourage and inspire user engagement through content, social media, and platform interaction. Committed to youth safety, you understand the need for secure, judgement-free creative spaces. Your knowledge of safeguarding protocols equip you to moderate user activity and content, ensuring a safe environment for young creatives. You possess strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail, and have experience with digital content production and content management systems, content moderation systems, and relevant software programs and tools, such as analytics tools.

Due to the nature of this role, you need to be available to commence work by/ on 20th November 2026.

Contract: Fixed Term, 2 years
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £31,437.58 per annum
