The Role

As an Education Programme Practitioner, you will support the design, delivery and evaluation of a programme of creative projects for young people aged 11–19 years.

Working with the Education Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery of work streams around creative careers, work experience and projects for young people attending alternative education settings.

You will ensure sessions are inclusive and accessible and work to reduce the barriers young people face in taking part in creative initiatives. Additionally, you will:

- Co-plan and co-deliver sessions alongside freelance tutors
- Be a consistent point of contact for partners on the ground during off-site delivery
- Work with the Youth Work Team to support progression pathways, signposting and pastoral support
- Draft standard contracts, hire agreements, letters and other relevant documentation
- Assist with tracking and monitoring allocated budgets, income and expenditure
