We’re on a mission to raise the creative potential of the UK so we give young people and artists the space to experiment, develop skills and be part of incredible moments that go down in history.

The Role
Roundhouse Works is a space for 18-30 year old entrepreneurs and freelancers in the creative industries to work, learn and network. Our mission is to nurture talent and support young people to have sustainable careers in the creative industries, and Roundhouse Works strives to achieve this through its workspace facilities and bespoke event programming.

The main purpose of this position is to manage an engaged community of members at Roundhouse Works, ensuring there is a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment. This role will have oversight of running the workspace operationally as well as managing the member experience, encouraging collaboration, ensuring retention of members and establishing an alumni network of all members that pass through the space. This role will work in collaboration to oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of a coherent and dynamic programme for the members. This role will also line manage our Workspace Coordinators who support the running of the space.

Weekend and evening work will be required for this role according to business needs.
