About the Roundhouse:

The Role
To be responsible for the smooth functioning of, and access to, technical equipment in the new Roundhouse Works building, particularly with regard to the use of the spaces for our Youth programme.
Roundhouse Works is a creative centre focused on professional development for 18-30 year olds, that houses a co-working space for creative entrepreneurs, a podcast studio, a purpose-built circus space, and studios hosting activity ranging from performing arts R&D, to film-making, screenings and presentations, to networking events and panel discussions.
As well as having responsibility for operating, testing and maintaining equipment, the role will involve line management responsibilities, in the recruitment and rostering of technical assistants as necessary to support the 7-day per week operation of the facility.
About you:
We are looking for someone who is experienced in the use, testing and maintenance of professional audio visual equipment such as PA systems, mixing desks and projectors. The ideal candidate will also have a high level of IT competency, experience of line management, and of working with young people and young adults, aged 18-30.
