About you
We are looking for a personable, can-do individual who is passionate about music and live entertainment and experienced in providing excellent customer service.
The role
You will support our dynamic ticketing team at the Roundhouse in providing exceptional customer service. You will reply to customer queries via email, telephone, and in person, and be the first point of contact at the box office during events. You will be knowledgeable about Roundhouse events and offerings, and provide warm, friendly service to our guests.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 16 hours or 20 hours per week (excluding breaks) annualised, on a rota over 7 days. Shifts will vary but will include days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
