The Role
The successful candidate will provide day to day organisational and administrative
support to the Director of Operations and Estates and senior members of the Venue Team. They will also work closely with the EA to the Chief Executive to ensure priority is given to important cross-organisational projects and work at key times. In addition, support the wider Directors Group and Senior Leadership Team as required.
The role will act as the key internal and external contact for the Venue Team.
Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.
About you:
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and experienced supporting a number of people concurrently, in a fast paced environment.
You are likely to have worked as a Team Assistant or Administrator so will be experienced with general administration including diary management, organising meetings, email management and note taking. In addition, you’ll be used to managing confidential information.
You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Contract: 6 months Fixed Term

Salary: £31,437.58 per annum
