The Roundhouse is a youth charity and independent multi-arts venue based in Camden, London. We've spent the past 20 years shaping the UK’s cultural landscape as a home for world-class music, boundary-breaking theatre, circus, poetry and immersive installations. We're the UK’s leading creative centre for young people, engaging more than 10,000 young people annually through our creative youth programme.
The Role
The Music Programme Coordinator position is a great opportunity to support the delivery of our core youth music programme. They will work alongside the Music Programme Manager, and in collaboration with Music Partner Organisations, to design, deliver and evaluate a high quality music programme for young people aged 11 – 30 yrs. This role is integral to the delivery of the music programme, working across a range of music activities, and includes regular evening, weekend and holiday activities onsite at the Roundhouse and offsite in Music Industry settings.
This role operates within the Youth Policy & Engagement team, which operates separately from the Music Team.
Regular weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.
About you:
We are looking for someone with experience of supporting the co-ordination of music programmes or similar and working directly with young people aged 11 - 30 years. You will have experience supporting programmes on and off site and will have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will enjoy working in a team and have a commitment and understanding of diversity and inclusion.
As Autumn programming is due to commence shortly, you will need to be available to commence employment by the 21st September 2026.

Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £31,437.58 per annum pro rata
