We are currently seeking a Producer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.

The Role
As a Producer, you’ll be at the heart of our vibrant Artistic Programme, bringing our creative vision to life and ensuring every event goes off without a hitch!
You’ll be the driving force behind a diverse range of exciting projects, from theatre and spoken word performances to cross-artform shows, festivals and co-productions that connect with London’s diverse audiences.
With your creative flair and eye for detail, you’ll lead projects from start to finish, developing and managing budgets, guiding the production team, handling contracts and finding ways to maximise each event’s commercial potential.
You’ll also collaborate closely with our Marketing, Ticketing and Communications teams to make sure every production and event is promoted effectively, supporting fundraising efforts and forging strategic partnerships to help us reach new heights.
Additionally, you will:
- Line manage the Assistant Producer and support their professional development
- Represent us at sector events, being our voice in the creative community
- Build and nurture strong relationships with artists, partners and our internal teams
- Support audience development plans and initiatives
About You
To be considered as a Producer, you will need:
- Experience producing theatre and live performances at a range of scales
- Experience negotiating and contracting artists and companies
- Excellent people and team management skills with experience working with artists and creative teams
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent financial and budget management skills
- To be passionate and well informed about a range of arts and performance
Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs, and you may be asked to work additional hours from time to time. A TOIL system is in place to balance unusual hours.
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one due to the nature of the role.
