The Role
The Assistant Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager will maintain the standards set by the Head of Visitors Operations, and Senior Food & Beverage Managers when assisting the team to fulfil the day to day requirements of the provision of F&B services across all areas of the Roundhouse. The Assistant F&B Manager will have customer service at the forefront of everything they deliver, and also carry a keen commercial and staff motivational ability. They will duty manage the venue bars with the assistance of Supervisors.
This role will work alongside our current Assistant F&B Managers on mainspace gig and event operational support and planning; health and safety of bar operations; recruitment and training at their core.
The working hours and days will be flexible across evenings and weekends depending on the need of the F&B operation.

Contract: 12 Month (Fixed Term Contract)
Hours: Annualised Hours - 1456. Average 28 hours per week (excluding breaks).
Compromising of 230 hours between 20 Jan 2024 - 31 March 2025, with second contract issued 01 April 2025 for remainder of the remaining 1226 hours between 1st April 2025 - 19th January 2026.
Salary: £23,994.88 per annum
