The Role
Supporting the work of the Chief Executive & Artistic Director, Directors, Senior Management Team, Roundhouse Trust and the Board of Trustees as required. The role will provide day to day organisational and administrative support for the coordination and delivery of the work of the Chief Executive & Artistic Director as well as the Roundhouse’s overall objectives.
About you:

You will have a proven track record of managing multiple busy diaries and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis. In addition, experience minute taking, planning and managing events such as staff meetings, staff away days, committee meetings, etc. You will also need to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and proficiency in computer operations, using different software (Google suit, Zoom, etc) and preparing presentations.

Contract: Fixed Term - 11 months
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 per annum
