The Role
Across the year the Artistic Programme delivers a range of projects including the Three Sixty Festival, Roundhouse Poetry Slam, Resident Artists programme, Daniel Kaluuya’s Centre 59, a season of work by Roundhouse young creatives in the Studio Theatre, as well as longer runs of large-scale productions usually in the summer.
The Artistic Programme Project Manager - Young Creatives is a core part of the Artistic Programme team. The role will manage the Roundhouse Resident Artists programme which facilitates and supports the creative and professional development of outstanding emerging artists (18-25 years old) across a range of disciplines, as they transition into building sustainable careers in the creative industries. The role will also manage and champion the involvement of young people across the artistic programme, including the Centre 59 company, the Roundhouse Three Sixty Festival and the Studio Theatre seasons.
This post will require being flexible in days/hours worked throughout the week, and involves periods where regular in person evening and weekend work are required.
About you:
This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager who is excited about managing and championing the involvement of young people across the artistic programme. This is a varied role and perfect for someone with experience of managing creative training / talent development programmes with a deep commitment to facilitating the progression of young creatives and a strong background in and understanding of the creative industries.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £37,513 per annum
