What Happens Next?
Once applications have been reviewed, you will be informed of the outcome and/ or next steps via email. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are unable to provide application feedback at this stage. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview either at the Roundhouse or via Google Meet. You will usually hear back from us within a couple of weeks of the closing date of the role. The process is usually made up of first and second round interviews.
Preparing for the Interview
We will sometimes ask interviewees to prepare small tasks in preparation for their interview. Unless you have been asked via email to prepare anything for your interview beforehand, you do not need to bring anything but yourself to the interview. Our dress code is smart casual.
Interview Outcome
If you are successfully chosen for the role, you will hear back directly from your new line manager, usually within a week of your interview, followed by an invitation to join Bob (our HR system) to begin your pre-employment checks.
If you are unsuccessful this time around, we will let you know within a couple of weeks of your interview via email, and we are happy to provide you with feedback upon request.
