About the Roundhouse:
The Roundhouse is a Grade II* listed independent performance and gig venue and is widely considered to be one of the UK’s best places to perform in and experience live music. More than this, we are the UK’s leading Creative Centre for young people with 24 dedicated on-site studios and an advice base situated underneath the main space. Our programmes are embedded in the grounding principles of youth work and focus on young people’s creative potential. Through this, we develop their confidence and skills to enable them to transition successfully into adulthood and into work.
About You:
The Roundhouse is seeking an IT Operations Manager, passionate in delivering a high-quality service to all our customers. No two days at the Roundhouse are the same, so your ability to think on your feet and problem solve are as important as your skills in project management.
The Role:
The Roundhouse wouldn’t be so successful without an equally inspiring technology base. As IT Operations Manager your ability to support the organisation and enhance our culture of working better, and smarter, will be critical in helping the Roundhouse become recognised as a market leader within the Arts and Youth Charity sector. On any given day you may be responsible for connecting bands so they can live stream gigs, the delivery of internet connectivity to private events, updating the venue systems to improve customer service, keeping our staff happy by ensuring their tech works effectively, and bringing new and exciting improvements to our wider systems. This role will manage the Business Systems Manager and Systems Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of quality technology services.
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one, due to the nature of the role.
Benefits:
- 25 days’ holiday a year plus bank holidays
- 4% contribution towards company pension
- Season Ticket Loan
- Cycle-to-work scheme
- Access to Employee assistance programme
- Complimentary staff tickets for The Roundhouse events and gigs
