About the Roundhouse:
The Roundhouse is a Grade II* listed independent performance and gig venue and is widely considered to be one of the UK’s best places to perform in and experience live music. More than this, we are the UK’s leading Creative Centre for young people with 24 dedicated on-site studios and an advice base situated underneath the main space. Our programmes are embedded in the grounding principles of youth work and focus on young people’s creative potential. Through this, we develop their confidence and skills to enable them to transition successfully into adulthood and into work.
About You:
The Roundhouse is seeking an Engagement and Insights Product Owner, you will be a strong project manager and a great people manager with the ability to develop, lead and inspire the business by championing digital innovation and insights throughout the Roundhouse.
The Role:
The Engagement and Insights Product Owner is responsible for supporting the development of all customer-facing digital platforms. This will ensure that the systems are strategically used to service and engage current customers whilst acquiring new data, and raising awareness of the organisation. They will develop and enhance the organisation’s relationship with all things data in order to improve and increase audience engagement, participation and income generation. The role will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement a strong personalisation and data engagement strategy.
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one, due to the nature of the role.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 Hours per week with hybrid options
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid (within the boundaries of operational needs)
Closing Date: 10am on 19th August 2022
