Visitor Services Supervisor
The Roundhouse is committed to providing a memorable experience for all its visitors, whether they are a gig-goer attending a performance or a young person using our studio facilities and to ensure that they are warmly welcomed and taken care of from the moment they get in touch or arrive on-site. Central to that commitment is ensuring that the Visitor Services team works closely together to pre-empt visitors’ needs and solve any issues that arise. We are looking for positive, enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our VS Supervisor team to lead in front of house operations, the studios reception and the box office.
To be considered, you must be a clear communicator with an adaptable approach and a passion for customer service. Experience of working in a box office or venue environment is essential as is experience of motivating and managing staff. Experience working with and around young people will also be an asset.
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one, due to the nature of the role.

Hours: 40 hours on a rota covering 7 days a week including evenings
Salary: £26531.22 per annum
