A former railway engine repair shed, the Grade II* listed building was transformed into a groundbreaking performing arts venue 50 years ago, and we have welcomed legendary artists from all over the world to perform in our unique spaces.
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Ticket Manager who can join the newly formed Customer Revenue team and lead the ticketing team through an exciting period of change. The role will manage the ticketing and contact centre function for the Roundhouse, ensuring the delivery of a high-performing ticketing service and maximising revenue across all channels. The individual will work closely with the Marketing, Music and Performing Arts Teams to ensure first class ticket planning, delivery and evaluation are in place to deliver excellence across the functionality.
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one, due to the nature of the role.
