The Membership & Customer Engagement Manager will use customer insight to deliver targeted communications that will be activated across a wide range of campaigns, ranging from the marketing the lower tier of membership (£25 - £500), alongside focused member acquisition and retention campaigns, customer engagement and lifecycles and focused communication strategies supporting the organisations ambition to increase the commercial success of our events, space, F&B offering and facilities to invest back in to our work with young people.
The post holder will be a confident customer loyalty and CRM expert, with the ability to meet targets whilst developing relationships across the organisation and with the membership to ensure on-going success.
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one, due to the nature of the role.

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (dependant on experience)
